"SSSP" Site Specific Safety Plan
(TMP) Traffic Management Plan

  • All authorized Subcontractors, Suppliers, Couriers, etc who attend KDC BUILDERS job sites are to read our Site Rules and comply with any site safety signs.

  • All (authorized) subcontractors, suppliers, couriers, etc, must email KDC BUILDERS and seek a copies as below;

 

  1. Site Induction & Site Safety Book

  2. (SSSP) Site Specific Safety Plan

  3. (TMP) Traffic Management Plan *If applicable*

  • These documents provided by KDC BUILDERS are to be used in conjunction with your companies relevant  industry documents, including but not limited to:

  • WA WHS 2020; The Work Health and Safety Act 2020 (WHS Act) and its associated Regulations (collectively referred to as the WHS Laws) commenced on 31 March 2022.

  • (SWMS) Safe Work Method Statements

  • (SSSP) Site Specific Safety Plan

  • These documents are to assist with the safety of all site personnel during works carried out on building sites with potential hazards.

  • All attending site are to carry out a visual site inspection prior to works daily and report, rectify if possible, of any hazards, or issues to KDC BUILDERS immediately should they require rectification.  

  • Refer to general "Site Safety Signage & Site Rules" at all times, we thank you for your cooperation.

  • All companies, personnel and subcontractors to arrange a full site induction prior to site entry on all our projects and complete documents including but not limited to your relevant industry documentation and submit copies via email or hand deliver to KDC BUILDERS.

  • All Personnel and Subcontractors to email KDC BUILDERS, prior to site attendance: white cards, drivers licence, certifications and any licence pertaining to your relevant industry and trade.

  • All Personnel and Subcontractors to email KDC BUILDERS prior to site attendance: "Certificate of Currency" Workers Compensation, Public Liability, Professional Indemnity  insurance, if relevant.

  • No access on site is permitted by "clients and/or client representatives" at all times. Written approval will be granted by email correspondence only via KDC BUILDERS, subject to review of the relevant project and job site conditions and variables of site, etc. 

  • Trespassers on site may be prosecuted and no liabilities will be accepted by any trespassers on site, should any accidents and/or injuries occur.

St John First Responder - Mobile Phone APP:

All (authorised) personnel, subcontractors, suppliers, couriers, etc we encourage you to download and setup St John First Responder App prior to site attendance for use as "basic First Aid reference." Refer to link below;
